Meet Our Leadership Team
Bill, a founder of PrimeStaff Services, brings nearly 30 years of executive recruiting experience. He previously spent 12 years at Ford in engineering, finance and treasury. He holds an advanced engineering degree and an MBA in finance and strategy from the University of Michigan. Bill also serves as treasurer and board member for the Humane Society of Huron Valley, where he volunteers his time.

H.T. Williams brings nearly 30 years of experience in talent acquisition and staffing. Before joining PrimeStaff, he ran his own recruiting firm for more than a decade. He specializes in recruiting mid to upper-level professionals nationwide. His earlier career included sales leadership roles, including national sales manager for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. H.T. holds a BS in education from Bowling Green State University.

Olivier Lurz, a founder of PrimeStaff Services, brings almost 30 years of executive recruiting experience. He previously held financial management roles at Ford supporting product development and international operations. A native of Germany, Olivier is fluent in English, French and German. He holds a BA in business from Virginia Wesleyan College and an MBA in international business and marketing from George Mason University.
