- Organize intake calls for new openings with hiring managers
- Gain in-depth knowledge of open positions and hiring manager requirements
- Communicate position requirements to the sourcing team
- Review job applicants, interview and evaluate potential candidates
- Present a short list of qualified candidates to the hiring managers
- Meet with hiring managers on a weekly basis for updates
- Provide insight regarding candidates’ requirements to aid in creation of offer
- Extend offers and assist in negotiations with candidates
- Maintain relationship with selected candidate (and back-ups) until onboarding is completed
ONBOARDING
The employee’s experience during onboarding shapes how they feel about their job for years to come.
