About Us

PrimeStaff opened its doors in 1998 as an employee search firm mainly focused on the automotive industry. During those early years, we expanded our industry scope and added business process outsourcing to our services. In 2010, we refined our model to include comprehensive recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions with great success. Our flexible, boutique-style approach solves our clients’ widespread recruiting challenges on a daily basis. PrimeStaff partners with companies of all sizes across the United States, and our footprint spans a range of industries from manufacturing to health care to hospitality and beyond.

BILL KRYSKA

One of the founders of PrimeStaff Services, Bill has over 20 years executive recruiting experience with multinational corporations. Prior to starting his own recruiting firm, Bill had a 12-year career with Ford Motor Company where he progressed through numerous positions in engineering, finance and treasury. His credentials include an advanced degree in engineering and an MBA in finance and corporate strategy from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Bill has a passion for supporting the Humane Society of Huron Valley and volunteers his time there as treasurer and board member.

H.T WILLIAMS
H.T. Williams has been in the talent acquisition and staffing business for over 20 years. Before partnering with PrimeStaff Services, he operated his own recruiting firm for over a decade. H.T. specializes in the recruitment of mid to upper-level professionals on both regional and national bases. His prior career experience focused on sales management, including serving as national sales manager for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. H.T. has a BS in education from Bowling Green State University.

Olivier-Lurz
Olivier Lurz is one of the founders of PrimeStaff Services. He has more than 20 years of executive recruiting experience with multinational corporations. Before recruiting, Olivier spent six years with Ford Motor Company where he held numerous financial management positions related to product development and international operations. He is a native of Germany and is fluent in English, French and German. Olivier earned a BA in business from Virginia Wesleyan College and his MBA in international business and marketing from George Mason University.
